Can you create both dogs and cats?

Yes. We create custom replicas for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, mice, and many other beloved pets.

How many photos should I send?

We recommend 3–5 clear photos taken in good lighting from different angles. Please read our photo guidelines before commission.

Can I have more than one pet in one piece?

It depends on the kinds and size of product, you can include multiple pets on 1 large size frame.

How similar can the product be to my pet?

We promise a minimum similarity of 90%, and in most cases, we can achieve a similarity of 90%. Wool felt pets are purely handmade products and cannot be 100% similar. Please read our pet expectations.

What if the replica does not look like my pet?

Contact us within 14 days for a free revision (return shipping covered by buyer). As all products are custom-made, refunds are not accepted. Please read our refund & return policy

How long does a custom handmade pet replica take?

Full body sculpture takes 1-2 months to create, 3D frame portrait takes 10-30 days to creat. It depends on the style, size, and level of detail. Larger size replica may take longer.

Can I review the custom pet replica before shipping?

Yes, absolutely! We will email you preview photos before shipping. You can request any adjustments or minor revisions to ensure you are 100% happy with your custom piece before it leaves our studio.

Can this be used as a pet memorial gift?

Yes! Handcrafted from your photos, our replicas make a heartfelt memorial gift to cherish and honor a beloved pet’s memory.

Can you include the pet’s fur, collar or ashes?

Yes! We can incorporate your pet’s real fur, hair, or small personal items during crafting. If size permits, we can also add their actual collar or clothes. Simply mail these items to EverPawMily Studio. (Note: For safety during transit, we kindly request that you do not send real ashes.)
